Smiles/Israel (Sfat Halev), is the sole non-profit organization in Israel that provides medical and emotional assistance to families and their children who are born with cleft lip and palate.

Israel's socialized healthcare system prevents many of these children from receiving the advanced surgical and rehabilitation care they need, especially in rural areas and small towns.

Smiles/Israel, with its vast services and programs, provedes the emotional and technical support the families and their children need, and also bridges the gap on the medical side, by constantly elevating the level of care across the country.
